Kaffu Salla is excited to offer a Tamheer / Fresh Graduate Pool program designed to provide recent graduates and entry-level candidates with valuable hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals looking to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of Salla merchants through practical training and real-world projects. Key Responsibilities Assist various teams including marketing, operations, customer support, and content in daily tasks and projects. Learn and apply e-commerce best practices, tools, and platforms under guidance. Support store setup, product onboarding, and promotional activities for Salla merchants. Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance professional skills. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines. Gain exposure to different aspects of e-commerce business operations. Recent graduate or final year student in any relevant field (business, marketing, communications, IT, or related). Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail technology. Good communication skills in Arabic and/or English. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team. Basic computer skills, familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace. Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth. Preferred / Nice to Have Prior internship or volunteer experience in related fields. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Salla or Shopify.
