📃 Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in tax management, with a focus on US and international taxation. This role involves overseeing tax planning and compliance, ensuring the company adheres to all regulations, and providing strategic tax advice to optimize financial performance.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all tax-related activities, including preparation, compliance, and planning.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
• Lead the preparation and review of tax returns and ensure accurate, timely filing.
• Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax filing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in tax procedures.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment on tax strategies.

🎓 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Associate with managerial responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of US tax regulations and international tax laws.
• CPA certification preferred for US candidates; Enrolled Agent for international candidates.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in Mountain Time zone, with flexible working hours.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
• Experience in a remote working environment with occasional in-person meetings.
• Willingness to travel for in-person meetings if required.
