Tax Officer

What you´ll do Prepare and reconcile Output VAT Reports and ensure accurate tax reporting. Prepare and reconcile prepaid withholding tax accounts. Collect, analyse, and maintain tax incentive and tax benefit data for Corporate Income Tax (CIT) calculations. Prepare and support tax disclosure forms and related tax reporting requirements. Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of tax invoices (Sales for Domestic, Export and Free Trade Zones) Support tax audits, tax filings, and compliance activities as required. Provide tax-related data, analysis, and documentation to support tax projects and business initiatives. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations. Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance tax compliance and reporting efficiency. What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Taxation, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in taxation, accounting. Basic knowledge of VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax. Experience in tax compliance, tax reporting, and account reconciliation would be an advantage. Familiarity with export transactions, Free Trade Zones (FTZ), and related tax documentation is a plus. Strong in Microsoft Excel and SAP is advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
