Our client is the tax department of a fund manager in Zurich. We are searching for a senior tax specialist (m, f, d) as Tax Officer Swiss & OECD Global Minimum Tax Responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations in Switzerland, including tax returns, corporation tax, transfer pricing, VAT, withholding tax and stamp duty / Preparing tax reports, forecasts and analyses for senior management and the CFO’s office, as well as assisting with tax planning / Preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation and conducting analyses / Assisting with the implementation of new tax requirements such as the OECD minimum tax (Pillar 2) or changes to Swiss tax law / Contributing to national and international tax projects, particularly in the areas of structuring, optimisation / Working closely with the Legal department and collaborating on complex and interdisciplinary projects / Project lead and coordination tasks relating to the standardisation of processes and the development of tools / Point of contact for business teams, external auditors and tax authorities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Taxation or Finance / Additional qualification in tax law would be an advantage / Professional experience in Swiss and international tax law / Experience in the areas of tax returns, corporation tax, transfer pricing, VAT, withholding tax and stamp duty / Knowledge of the OECD Minimum Tax (Pillar 2) would be an advantage / Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work / High level of personal responsibility and assertiveness / IT aptitude and knowledge of tax software / Proficient in using MS Office (Excel).
