Tax Senior

My client in Co. Meath is seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join their growing practice. This client operates across multiple locations in Ireland. This Tax Senior role offers the opportunity to work closely with a Tax Partner as part of a collaborative and growing tax team, supporting a broad range of tax compliance and advisory assignments. The successful Tax Senior will gain valuable exposure across all areas of taxation while developing their technical expertise and progressing their career within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax returns across a range of tax heads while supporting tax compliance and advisory projects.
• Conduct tax research and assist with tax planning solutions for individuals, companies, partnerships and other client structures.
• Mentor and support junior team members, assisting with workflow management, training and technical queries.
• Build strong client relationships, act as a key contact for assigned clients, and support business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualified Tax Advisor qualification desired but not essential.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy Irish practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with SME and owner-managed business clients.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
