What You'll Do: Work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand and define training requirements and propose appropriate learning strategies that successfully meet the needs of the target audience and involve suitable training delivery modalities. Lead development and implementation of identified training solutions with Articulate or other software solutions. Maintain and revise existing learning assets, keeping specific audience, learning modality, and other considerations in mind while always looking for the most efficient way to meet the desired learning objectives. Serve as project manager on simultaneous training and development initiatives while able to adjust to changes in priorities or scope of projects as needed. Create assessments that measure comprehension and skill acquisition. Analyze and communicate metrics on training efficacy, recommend revisions to training and training-related processes to facilitate continuous quality improvement. Apply and lead training strategies based on sound instructional design and adult learning theories, methods and techniques. Collaborate intra- and interdepartmentally to enhance training efficacy and efficiency. Keep up to date with current trends in Instructional Design and Learning and Development and clinical research regulations. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or related field. 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally at least 2 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying learning solutions for adults.
