City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Health Plans Community Care is looking to hire a Team Coordinator, Enrollment. Accountable for daily workflow, staff development and quality control and quality assurance activities for the team. Education: · Associate's degree in related major (required). Applicants who do not have their associate's degree will be required to sign an associate's degree Agreement committing to successfully obtaining their associate's degree within 3 years of hire. · Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: · Prior Project Management & Process Improvement experience (required). · 3 years of Enrollment experience (required). We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.
