For a growing organization, I’m looking for a Team Lead Data & Analytics who thrives on technology, ownership and developing people.

You’ll be the technical lead of a team of 4 data professionals. You’ll stay hands-on with challenging data projects while also having the freedom to develop the team and help shape the future of the data environment.

What will you do?

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 4 data professionals.
• Stay hands-on with data engineering and analytics.
• Take ownership of data pipelines, models, and technical quality.
• Drive data projects from idea to delivery.
• Work closely with business and product teams.
• Help junior colleagues grow and contribute to the further expansion of the team.
• Have a real say in technology, architecture and the future data strategy.

Who are you?

You have a strong technical background in data and are comfortable working with technologies such as:

Python · SQL · dbt · Databricks · Azure/GCP

You understand data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data modelling, and you enjoy turning complex problems into practical solutions.

Most importantly: you don’t want to choose between technology and leadership. You want both.
