Team Lead, Software Development - 4 ( Java & AWS )

The Infor Ming.le team seeks a motivated individual with solid technical credentials for the position of a Software Engineer Team Leader within our Identity team. You will be a contributing member of the team, helping to develop technical standards and defining, building, and optimizing applications. The candidate will work on the development and adoption of the Federation Hub for the next generation of Infor applications. This is a chance to do something cool and exciting! You will help shape the application and architecture that will become the engine driving the company's growth and success A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Development of the new Federation Hub for Infor OS ™ Lead and mentor Software Engineers and other junior team members and be able to prioritize work based on set deadlines. Act as key point of contact for all development aspects and communication with other groups within the organization. Hands-on development, documentation, unit testing, and maintenance of cutting-edge applications Participate in planning by analyzing requirements, estimating work effort, performing demos, etc. Write technical documentation Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related degree Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer Minimum 2 years in a leadership role or capacity (Teams of at least 4 people) 4+ years with OO programming. Java and/or C# Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JavaScript (Angular2, Node.js) Prior experience or knowledge with HTTP/REST and Security Understanding of API technologies and AWS (Amazon Web Services). Familiar with version control: Git, SVN, etc… Basic working knowledge of databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, etc… Be familiar with terms like: Web services, Cloud Good communication skills and a curious mind Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with Federated Identity technologies (SAML, WS-Fed, OpenID Connect) Hands on with Industry Standard Security Protocols like OAuth2 Experience with Ping Identity products. PingFederate or PingAccess highly preferred. Experience in the development of Identity management or Authentication applications Experience with mobile authentication specific challenges Experience with Identity and access management systems such as Oracle (OAM, OAAM, OIM), ForgeRock (OpenDJ, OpenAM, OpenIDM) , CA Identity manager. Strong data analysis skills and ability to solve complex problems independently and to generate innovative solutions.
