Team Leader for Penetration Test Coordination Team

BNP PARIBAS, the leading bank in the European Union and a leading international player, is seeking to complement and reinforce its existing teams in the areas of cybersecurity.

Within EMEA IT Risk and Cybersecurity Office, part of the IT Directorate of BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB), you will be part of the EMEA Ethical Hacking team.

You will play a key role ensuring the seamless delivery of pentest campaigns for CIB EMEA for all pentests services (Applications, API, Infrastructure and Mobile), to contribute to the identification and remediation of vulnerabilities in CIB EMEA systems and to the overall level of security of CIB.

Team Leader for Penetration Test Coordination Team

Responsibilities

• Directly leads the pentest coordination team for EMEA to ensure the planning and tracking all pentests for CIB EMEA based on the annual Book of Work
• Collaborates directly and frequently with CIB pentest services in India to ensure delivery, quality and technical reviews and coordination
• Oversees and maintains the highest level of quality in the reporting tools while ensuring and controlling compliance of EMEA pentests over CIB internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Supports reporting for audits (internal and external), follows KPIs/KRIs and controls requested by CIB internal procedures, to provide visibility to stakeholders and to contribute to audit readiness.
• Oversees the EMEA pentest third parties contracts, consolidation and consumption, assist in new contracts to ensure an adequate use of the budget in line with CIB EMEA needs and priorities.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of experience in similar position (project management/service delivery);
• Strong experience in services delivery and team management in worldwide organizations
• Strong experience in cybersecurity related practices (preferably pentests or pentest coordination)
• Problem-solving mindset and hands-on experience in international process/procedure implementation
• Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting or committee
• Ability to work effectively and in strong collaboration with teams located in multiple countries;
• Ability to manage a service with dependancies on teams located in multiple countries;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Level of education: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in computer science, cybersecurity or related fields.
