Team Leader - Occupational Therapy

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Team Leader based in NSW to initially lead a small team of Occupational Therapists. You will strengthen connection across a national remote team, support clinical quality and help grow our presence across NSW.

This opportunity could suit an experienced OT ready to step into formal leadership for the first time, or a current Team Leader looking for stronger structure, guidance and support with the opportunity for continued advancement.

You will report to our National Manager for Occupational Therapy—an experienced clinician and grounded leader who trusts her team, advocates for them and provides clear expectations, honest feedback and genuine support.
You will also be supported by an experienced Engagement Manager who facilitates regular leadership workshops and provides practical guidance on building engaged, successful teams.

The quality of the leaders around you can shape your experience as a Team Leader. In this role, you will have people to learn from, turn to and work alongside as you develop your own leadership style.

What you’ll do

• Manage a reduced caseload of NDIS clients via telehealth and face to face sessions locally
• Provide supervision, mentoring and clinical support to a small OT team
• Guide clinicians through complex cases and operational challenges
• Review reports and support quality practice
• Onboard and develop new team members
• Monitor caseloads, performance and team capacity

What you’ll bring

• Occupational Therapy qualifications and AHPRA registration
• Strong clinical experience within the NDIS
• Leadership, supervision, mentoring or coaching experience
• The confidence to support others while maintaining clear expectations
• The ability to lead and engage a remote team and work from home
• Valid drivers licence and access to reliable vehicle
