Manage workload and resource planning. Conduct performance reviews and career development planning. Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts. Foster engagement, accountability, and strong team culture. Business & Client Leadership Lead business development efforts across New Mexico. Build and maintain client relationships, including Master Service Agreements where applicable. Support proposals, fee development, and team financial performance. Serve as a key representative of EEI to clients and partners. Success in this role is measured by team engagement, delivery quality, client satisfaction, and contribution to financial targets. What You’ll Bring Required Experience leading and coaching technical professionals. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated success managing team dynamics and client partnerships. Senior-level technical/project management experience. Preferred PE registration.
