You'll play a critical role in ensuring service quality, developing team capability, and strengthening client relationships across the WA market. Key responsibilities include: Leading, mentoring and developing a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals Driving quality, compliance and service excellence across the team Supporting consultants through coaching, case discussions and professional development Managing a small portfolio of rehabilitation cases Conducting workplace and vocational assessments where required Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, employers and stakeholders Contributing to business growth and regional success initiatives Promoting positive recovery and return-to-work outcomes for injured workers About You We're interested in experienced rehabilitation professionals who are passionate about both people leadership and client outcomes. You will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling Current professional registration or membership with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or RCAA Experience within occupational rehabilitation, injury management or workers compensation Strong understanding of the WorkCover WA scheme Proven ability to mentor, coach or lead others, or a strong desire to step into a leadership role Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills A commitment to delivering exceptional customer and recovery outcomes Why this role stands out This isn't a management role where you'll be removed from the work you enjoy.
