Teamlead Group Accounting SWARCO ITS Division (m/f/d)

The Better Way. Every Day. You will join our SWARCO ITS team and play a central role in the organisation’s further development. In this key position, you will play a decisive role in shaping the ITS Division’s international accounting functions. You will work closely with the Head of Finance, the CFO, the Group Finance team and the local finance teams worldwide. As a skilled sparring partner for management and international stakeholders, you will actively support the management of a dynamic, growth-oriented group. Professional and disciplinary management responsibility for the ITS Group Accounting Team Coordination and quality assurance of the subsidiaries’ monthly reporting, including intercompany reconciliation Preparation of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and review of the IFRS reporting packages Designing the implementation of central holding company functions within the company’s Group Accounting department Providing technical and IT support and advice to domestic and foreign subsidiaries Designing and further developing consolidation processes, including the consolidation and reporting software (SAP SEM-BCS) Further development of the Group and accounting policies, as well as maintenance of the Group chart of accounts in SAP Preparation of specific accounting matters in accordance with IFRS Involvement in integration processes following acquisitions and in internal transformation projects A successfully completed degree with a specialisation in accounting, finance, management accounting, etc. Several years’ relevant professional experience in an international environment Extensive leadership experience and skills Knowledge of IFRS and the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) Experience in budgeting, multi-year planning, group accounting and international tax matters Experience with consolidation software and/or ERP systems (particularly SAP) would be an advantage Excellent communication skills in German and English Strong analytical and holistic thinking Initiative, quick comprehension and an independent, meticulous and proactive approach to work Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and action, with a high sense of responsibility Attractive salary: depending on experience; development opportunities within the SWARCO Group Work-Life-Balance: flexible working hours, home office, part-time options and additional vacation days Training and development: comprehensive onboarding program as well as various offers over the SWARCO Academy, individual trainings and job rotation possibility worldwide Mobility: free parking, good accessibility by public transport, electric cars for private use and bike leasing Internationality: collegial and multicultural environment with varied tasks in a successful group with family DNA Health & fitness: on-site massage and sports facilities as well as a well-equipped, ergonomic workplace in a modern office building Social responsibility: we live sustainability, find more information here Food & drink: meal allowance, use of a canteen, fruit, snacks, and various drinks for free Company events: Christmas party, company runs and much more Further benefits: with partner companies and sport events, recommendation program and appreciative gifts on special occasions We offer a very attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience.
