Today, our team of around 25 employees in Brno is focused on further strengthening and developing our local commercial, operational and procurement activities. To further professionalize our local supply chain, we are looking for a Teamlead Sourcing. Position As Teamlead Sourcing, you play a key role in strengthening our local supply chain in the Czech Republic. You ensure that we work with the right suppliers and know how to balance and connect quality, delivery reliability, logistics, technology and financial performance. Through your approach, you will not only improve the supply chain, but also directly contribute to greater delivery reliability, healthy margins and revenue growth. You take a broad, strategic perspective and actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. In line with the MAG45 category strategy, you continuously identify opportunities for optimization and turn them into tangible results. You negotiate with suppliers, build strong and sustainable relationships, and ensure that agreements are effectively implemented. In addition, you will be involved in project-based supply chain challenges for our current and prospective customers from a Procurement perspective. You are responsible for all procurement-related activities involved in assessing and implementing supply chain solutions. Your key objective is to achieve the best Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for our customers. You will also ensure that product and supplier data in our ERP system is complete, accurate and up to date. In doing so, you provide an important foundation for a reliable and efficient operation. As Teamlead Sourcing, you combine strategic insight with operational drive. You provide functional leadership to the procurement employees in Brno and work closely with your Procurement colleagues in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. You report hierarchically to the Country Manager Czech Republic and functionally to the Senior Sourcing Specialist in Eindhoven. Requirements We are looking for a strong and structured professional who is able to independently manage and further develop a local supply chain. Someone who enjoys building, improving and continuously optimizing. You bring: A completed higher professional education degree (HBO level or equivalent), preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field At least five years of relevant experience in an international trading or manufacturing environment Excellent command of Czech and English , both written and spoken Experience with contract management and tender processes An affinity with technical products Strong communication skills and the ability to convincingly engage with stakeholders at different organizational levels What we offer You will join a financially healthy organization with a distinctive value proposition.
