For permanent employment OHB Digital Connect GmbH in Bremen is looking for a Team Lead Future Programs (m/f/d) Your Tasks Planning, managing, and coordinating personnel deployment and resource allocation Responsibility for the execution of proposal activities and studies on future-oriented topics Business development and acquisition of new projects, including the development of project-specific business concepts Proposal and contract management, including leading proposal and contract negotiations Preparation of market analyses Primary point of contact for clients, partners, and other relevant stakeholders Establishing, maintaining, and further developing relationships with clients, suppliers, decision-makers, and executives from industry, business, and academia Ensuring and taking responsibility for new business order intake and acquisition targets Your Qualifications Successfully completed degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline Several years of professional experience in a relevant environment, ideally within the space, satellite communications (SatCom), or defense industry, as well as in sales or business development Experience collaborating with institutional, public-sector, or governmental customers in Germany and Europe Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a high degree of teamwork and collaboration capability Excellent communication and presentation skills combined with empathy, negotiation expertise, and the ability to influence and drive outcomes Strong innovative mindset as well as an independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working Good knowledge of relevant customers, competitors, and suppliers within the market environment is an advantage Willingness to undertake national and international business travel Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken Organized and structured working style Initial leadership experience or experience in the functional management of teams and projects is desirable We offer Work Life Balance: Flexible working hours, sabbatical, 30 days vacation & special leave days Mobile Work: Flexible working arrangement balancing remote and on-site work Structured on-boarding process (incl.
