WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT As a Teamspecialist Trade Invoicing Services EMEA in our unit, you will be responsible for the subject-matter leadership of a highly motivated international team supporting BASF's Accounts Receivable process for outgoing invoices across EMEA. You ensure the operational provision of Trade Invoicing services, focusing on the creation, monitoring and compliance of outgoing customer invoices. You support and advise the team in resolving complex SAP-related issues in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4, with a particular focus on the SD module. You act as a key contact for business units, customer service, supply chain, IT and other stakeholders regarding complex invoicing topics within the Order-to-Cash process. You contribute as first level support to the implementation and support of countryspecific eInvoicing implemnttations across EMEA. You support the disciplinary manager in resource planning, employee development and knowledge management activities. You drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase invoicing efficiency, effectiveness and compliance. Furthermore, you will also take appropriate measures to ensure that the necessary knowledge for theprovision of services is available to the team at any time. In addition, you handle multiple optimization and service transition projects at once, dealing with ambiguity, tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced international environment. WHAT YOU OFFER degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification several years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable, Trade Invoicing, Order-to-Cash or a comparable area excellent SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 knowledge, ideally with strong expertise in the SD module as well as understanding for process automation experience with digital invoicing processes, EDI integrations and eInvoicing solutions experience in project work, process optimization and stakeholder management strong communication skills in English, additional language skills are an advantage customer-focused mindset, openness to change, and a strong commitment to teamwork, knowledge sharing, and a constructive feedback culture WHAT WE OFFER Gross annual salary (full-time): 55.000 - 59.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
