Who we are

Fund Partner (“FP”), formerly known as Capital Achievement (The Lab) at Ataol, is a service-led partnership structured as a special purpose vehicle (SPV), offering search fund management, venture studio management and family office services, with a liaison office in the UK.

Ataol is a financial partnership offering M&A and debt advisory services and diversified financial affairs management. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in London, the Partnership has established a strong reputation for structuring and implementing transformation solutions for its clients.

Ataol has maintained a presence in Istanbul since 2013 and in Izmir since 2024, serving clients within the Turkish market.

The opportunity

We are seeking a Tech & AI Entrepreneur (Product Development) for an initial 12-month entrepreneurial engagement within our Entrepreneurship Programme at the Fund Partner Product and Technology ("FPPT") Lab.

As the Tech & AI Entrepreneur, you will represent Fund Partner, help build and ship its AI tools, and shape the Lab's technical approach, product development and architecture, working on a peer-to-peer basis with the Partners and third party technology partners.

The role

• Designing, building and shipping the Lab's AI-powered tools from zero to one

• Owning the products' technical foundation and architecture

• Assisting with technical due diligence, customer discovery and product-market fit assessment

• Preparing technical documentation and product materials for client and investor engagement

• Supporting the Lab's products and providing client support

The profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• Recent graduates and early-career candidates (no more than two years' professional work experience)

• Strong hands-on experience building software products; experience with AI/ML tools and platforms: a plus

• Interest in entrepreneurship and building products from zero to one

• Full professional proficiency in English

• Ability to travel to Turkey and the EMEA region

• Proficiency in standard office and development tools

• Degree from a UK or European university required

This role follows a hybrid model, combining remote work with occasional travel for client engagements, product development and partner accompaniment.

Remuneration

This engagement offers a founding equity stake, participation in platform earnings, the opportunity to benefit from funding tranches and increases in enterprise value, and the realised value upon exit.
