About The Role

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and client delivery. You will lead multiple projects, review and guide the team's work, and be the technical point of contact for clients.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple client projects.
• Architect features and systems, and review code to maintain a high quality bar.
• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, scope work, and communicate progress.
• Mentor engineers and help the team make sound technical decisions.
  
  

What we're looking for

• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Experience architecting solutions and cloud infrastructure for production applications.
• Experience leading engineers or owning technical delivery on multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable in direct client conversations.
• Ability to review others' work, give constructive feedback, and raise the technical bar.
• Fluent in using AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.

• Strong design sensibility and taste for polished user experience.
