Job Description • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department • Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, assisting with complex technical issues • Monitor and maintain system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues as they arise • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and processes • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and security • Stay up-to-date with latest technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions for the organization's IT infrastructure.
