The role is full-stack, with a strong focus on backend development. You’ll work primarily with C#/.NET, APIs, integrations, and SQL, while also contributing to the Blazor frontend as part of the ongoing modernization. You’ll work closely with the customer, Product and Business teams, and other engineers, combining hands-on development with technical leadership and mentoring. apply In this role you will deal with: Developing and modernizing corporate applications, APIs, and backend integrations using C#/.NET Working with SQL databases and optimizing data processing Contributing to the modernization of the frontend using Blazor Performing coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and code optimization Designing technical solutions and maintaining design and architecture documentation Leading the development team, providing technical guidance, and mentoring less experienced developers Ensuring code quality and compliance with development standards Communicating with stakeholders and the customer regarding new functionality and prioritization Communicating with the customer via email/messengers/calls (English) We'd love to hear from you if you have: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with C#/.NET/.NET Core Previous experience in a Technical Lead role Experience with SQL databases Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations Deep understanding of software development principles and best practices Hands-on experience with Git and Git Flow Proficiency in managing tasks from start to release Great communication and mentoring skills An eye for detail B2 English level fluency Nice to have: Hands-on experience with .NET 10 and microservices architecture Experience with frontend frameworks, especially Blazor, or willingness to learn Blazor Familiarity with Copilot Background in the Insurance domain
