This role helps identify pain points and inefficiencies, supports the development of practical solutions, and works with team members and leaders to execute plans that address organizational challenges. The role also contributes to recurring strategic and business management processes, including strategy documents, presentations, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Assist with generating and executing plans to support governance and operational effectiveness across the technology organization. Identify organizational pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Work with team members and leaders to develop solutions and execute plans to resolve identified issues. Translate ideas and strategic priorities into concrete actions, milestones, and measurable goals. Participate in monthly and quarterly business processes, including development of strategy documents, leadership presentations, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Conduct data analysis and generate insights and materials that support decision-making. Prepare clear and effective presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders. Support ongoing tracking of strategic initiatives, action items, and organizational priorities. At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 for the Chicago market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
