We are seeking a highly motivated Technical and Program Protection Education Subject Matter Expert to support Department of War (DoW) program protection initiatives through curriculum development, training delivery, and program evaluation activities. This position combines expertise in program protection planning, security systems engineering principles, and educational technology to develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions for government personnel. The successful candidate will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and government stakeholders to evaluate program protection applications, develop educational content, and support both in-residence and distance learning programs. Responsibilities include: Program Protection Support Evaluate Office of the Secretary of War Research and Engineering (OUSW R&E) program protection applications for Department of War use. Assess application capabilities and develop recommendations for implementation and integration into DoW information and educational materials. Develop relevant use cases and demonstration scenarios for program protection applications. Analyze testing results and provide recommendations for product improvements and integration. Develop and deliver assessments, reports, and evaluations related to program protection initiatives. Review and update educational content based on student, instructor, and testing feedback. Training Delivery Assist in delivering instruction in traditional classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning environments. Facilitate student learning and engagement through effective instructional methodologies. Support course execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts. Other duties as assigned Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements: Required Qualifications Must be US Citizen Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Security Studies, Engineering, Program Management, or related field. Active Secret Security Clearance. 15 years and a Masters degree Or Bachelor’s Degree equals 5 years of additional relevant work experience in the specific field of functional responsibility; Master’s Degree equals Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, plus 3 years of additional relevant work experience in the specific field of functional responsibility Experience developing and delivering educational or training programs. Experience with curriculum development, instructional systems design, or eLearning development. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with government personnel, faculty, and technical subject matter experts. Experience developing technical reports, assessments, and presentations. Highly Desired Qualifications Top Secret/SCI Clearance Desired. Recent experience with Program Protection Planning (PPP). Experience supporting Department of Defense educational programs. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technology platforms. Familiarity with ADDIE, ISD, or other instructional design methodologies. Experience developing blended learning, simulation-based training, and distance-learning products. Preferred Skills Curriculum design and evaluation. Technical writing and report development. Educational technology implementation. Project management and stakeholder coordination. Data analysis and assessment development.
