🚀 BRSE TECH (MIDDLE / SENIOR) – WORK ONSITE TOKYO, JAPAN

SotaTek is a global IT leader with over 10 years of growth, 1,000+ IT experts, and offices across the US, Japan, Korea, and Australia. We are looking for a talented Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) to drive key software projects onsite in Tokyo!

📌 JOB OVERVIEW

• Location: Onsite at Client Office (Tokyo, Japan)
• Employment Type: Full-time

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Bridge: Engage directly with Japanese clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements, then translate them to the Vietnam offshore team.
• Quality Management: Review and refine requirement specifications, design documents, and test cases (Bilingual: Japanese & Vietnamese).
• Technical Assessment: Partner with Tech Leads to assess legacy codebases.
• Project Coordination:
• Lead client meetings for requirement reviews, progress reporting, and acceptance testing.
• Track issues, manage bugs, and resolve bottlenecks between client and offshore teams.
• Deployment: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live operations on-site.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have:

• Languages:
• Japanese: JLPT N2 or above (Business-level fluency).
• English: Able to read and understand technical documentation.
• Vietnamese: Fluent for smooth offshore team communication.
• Technical Background:
• Solid general engineering/IT foundation, OR
• 3–5 years of Web Development experience (Full-stack or Backend).

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of Japanese healthcare domain/business processes.
• System integration experience.
• Prior experience working onsite in Japan or with Japanese clients.
• Familiarity with AI agent tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) for system migration.
