Technical Business Analyst

Technical Business Analyst Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate requirements into sprint-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria.Prioritize backlog items and assist with sprint planning activities.Serve as the functional expert for the assigned business domain and make day-to-day scope decisions.Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, BI engineers, and project leadership throughout the Agile lifecycle.Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.Participate in backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, and requirement walkthroughs.Support UAT activities and clarify business requirements throughout development.Requirements: 5+ years experience working as a Technical Business Analyst in Agile software development environments.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and backlog management.Experience working with Databricks and enterprise data platforms.Familiarity with Tableau reporting and analytics solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.Previous experience supporting large-scale modernization or government projects. Strongly Preferred/Will be prioritized over other candidates: Workers' Compensation industry experience.Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse, data lake, or analytics initiatives.Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
