Technical Business Analyst

Technical Business Analyst – Fully Remote – within GMT+4 Timezones!

I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS iGaming company building AI-powered products for the Gaming industry, who are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their Data Platforms & Infrastructure team on a fully remote basis.

This is a technical BA role sitting between the Data Platforms & Infrastructure engineering team and wider Data & AI teams, owning requirements, backlog refinement, stakeholder communication, and translating business needs into clear, buildable technical work.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Gather, refine, and turn requirements into clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria.

• Run refinement sessions with engineers and keep the backlog groomed and prioritised.

• Work closely with Product, Business, Data, and Engineering teams on scope, dependencies, and technical interfaces.

• Translate business requirements into technical detail and technical constraints back into clear business terms.

• Track delivery and keep stakeholders aligned on progress, trade-offs, priorities, and timelines.

• Support the team’s planning and prioritisation.

• Contribute to wider Data & AI initiatives across areas such as governance and data quality.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, ideally working on highly technical platforms.

• Strong requirements gathering, refinement, specification writing, and acceptance criteria experience.

• Good understanding of technical and data concepts including APIs, streaming endpoints, and ETL pipelines.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile environments and managing technical backlogs.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a product-first mindset.

• Exposure to Databricks, Airflow, analytics/data engineering teams, SQL, or Python is a bonus.

🎁 Package & Benefits:

💰 $2,500-$3,000 USD per month, depending on experience + discretionary annual bonus

🏠 Fully remote role – candidates must be based between GMT +4:00 timezones!
