Technical Co-Founder | Switzerland, Germany, London

We're building a cutting-edge AI agentic system for venture and investment funds. We're a small, strong, English-speaking, international team moving fast at an early stage. We're looking for a technical co-founder: not an employee, not a founding engineer, but a true partner who will help us nail the pilots we're already running, turn our v0.5 into a robust, scalable, reliable system, and build and lead the engineering organisation as we scale.

A note on compensation, upfront: this is a co-founder role compensated in equity. We have a small revenue stream at the moment, but will discuss upcoming revenue projects for 2027 during the interview process.

What you'll own

• Our current system: keep our live PoCs on track (production readiness, features, compliance, bug fixing, deployment)
• The design and development of our next version, built to scale
• Our engineering processes, as overall tech lead and co-founder
• The technical side of customer conversations, as the technical authority in the company

Who we're looking for

• Track record shipping customer-facing B2B products in production, required
• Strong Python experience, required
• Founder mindset: agency, ownership, and comfort with early-stage risk, required
• Experience with AI evaluation and quality, a strong plus
• Experience building AI agents, a strong plus
• Experience building with coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor), a strong plus
• Experience building for and deploying on GCP, Azure, or AWS, a strong plus
• Experience working directly with customers (support, deployment, debugging), a strong plus
• Experience defining engineering processes, best practices, and hiring, a strong plus
• Experience in a regulated industry with compliance requirements (e.g. finance), a strong plus
