Technical Collection Manager (Automation / LLM / Dialer)

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Collection team and are looking for a Technical Collection Manager to own and develop the technical side of the collection process, including automation, dialer strategies, A/B testing, and implementation of LLM-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to enhance collection technologies and processes.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests (calls, SMS campaigns, scripts) to improve recovery performance.
• Configure and manage LLM-based solutions for voice bots and automated customer interactions.
• Test and optimize LLM models across different language groups and customer segments.
• Drive collection process automation, including dialer strategies, SMS workflows, and contact logic.
• Monitor and analyze collection KPIs such as RPC, PTP, and Recovery Rate, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Collection Analyst, or a similar role within a contact center, fintech, banking, or debt collection environment.
• Hands-on experience with collection automation tools (dialers, SMS platforms, CRM systems).
• Strong understanding of collection processes and performance metrics.
• Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write basic analytical queries.
• High level of self-organization, initiative, and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with or understanding of LLMs, AI solutions, and voice bots.
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests.
• Previous collaboration with IT and product development teams.
