Technical Consultant

A Technical Consultant position has opened at our multinational client’s Budapest office. The team is responsible for managing complex software environments, deployment processes, and release strategies on an enterprise-scale cloud platform used by leading global organizations. They ensure reliable configuration management, automated deployments, and seamless collaboration across multiple development workstreams.

As a Technical Consultant, you will:

• Support the design and execution of deployment and release management processes across multiple environments.
• Build, test, and deploy configuration packages while ensuring adherence to established development and deployment standards.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to maintain environment stability and resolve technical issues throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and CI/CD processes to improve deployment quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve environment, deployment, and integration-related challenges.
• Participate in customer-facing discussions and provide technical guidance regarding environment management and deployment strategies.
• Work with version control systems, APIs, databases, and software delivery tools to support enterprise implementations.

What you will need to succeed:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in software development, system operation, or technical implementation projects.
• Working knowledge of Java and relational databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and software deployment processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a collaborative, international environment.
• Strong English language skills.
