Technical Consultant (Innovation Center)

We are looking for a tech-savvy colleague to act as the bridge between our sales team and our product’s technical capabilities. You will be the key person explaining "how it works" to our prospects and designing solutions that solve their business challenges. What you’ll do at DRUID Design high-level solutions to fit client needs and environment during the deal process Build and deliver custom made industry specific demos for new prospects and clients Create powerful POC’s (Proof of Concepts) for prospects and customers Present and demonstrate our solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences while building strong relationships and handling technical objections and issues throughout the entire sales cycle Be an evangelist of DRUID tools by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution Drive end-user adoption of DRUID product through events, seminars, webinars, technical training, and other activities as appropriate What you’ll bring to DRUID Bachelor's degree or higher Business-level English required; French or German are a plus Experience working as a Technical Consultant or similar Ability to understand customer’s business needs and translate them to a Druid solution Experience in building custom demos and POCs Good balance of business and technical skills: database (MS SQL, Oracle), JavaScript, API (REST / SOAP) Strong verbal, written, presentation, storyteller, and interpersonal skills Ability to have conversations on IT- and C-level Deep industry knowledge is a plus What’s in it for you at DRUID Premium health subscription at Regina Maria Meal tickets (45 RON/ticket) All you can read with Bookster A rich learning environment, specific to a tech start-up expanding internationally Plenty of opportunities to create, innovate and leave your mark in a challenging and fast-growing business Super smart, friendly, and supportive colleagues A place where you can freely express your opinion Access to local and international events, conferences, webinars as DRUID representative.
