Technical Customer Service Representative – French Speaking Location: Fully Remote from Portugal Office Presence: Porto office visit once every 3 months Schedule: Monday to Friday Start Date: Flexible About the Role Are you a French-speaking professional with technical curiosity and basic SQL knowledge ? In this role, youll go beyond standard customer service by handling technical inquiries, analyzing data, and supporting customers with precision and confidence. What Youll Do Support French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat Handle technical and data-related inquiries , including basic SQL checks Investigate issues, provide clear explanations, and ensure fast resolution Collaborate with technical and internal teams to improve service quality Document cases accurately and meet quality & performance KPIs What Were Looking For French: Fluent / Native (C1–C2) English: B1–B2 level Basic SQL knowledge (queries, data checks, troubleshooting mindset) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable working remotely with digital tools Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory If you are fluent in French and have basic SQL knowledge, apply now and take the next step in your career!
