We are looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist to join the R&D Process, Systems & Compliance team. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, Quality & Regulatory teams, and other experts to create, maintain , and improve technical documentation for medical devices. You will support development projects, compliance activities, and documentation processes across a growing global product portfolio. This position offers exposure to product development, quality systems, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional collaboration in a highly regulated and innovative environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring technical knowledge is captured, maintained , and shared throughout the product lifecycle while helping to strengthen documentation practices across the organization. What is waiting for you Planning, coordinating, and tracking documentation activities across product development and maintenance projects. Gathering, analyzing, and organizing technical, contextual, and product information for new and existing medical devices and accessories. Creating, reviewing, tailoring, and maintaining technical documentation in collaboration with engineers and other subject matter experts. Partnering with Quality & Regulatory teams to ensure documentation meets applicable regulatory, quality, and internal requirements. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on documentation quality, digitalization, AI adoption, and R&D tools. Working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of documentation activities and project milestones. What you need to succeed in this role Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical science, technical communication, or related field. Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Interest in technology, product development, and medical devices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across concurrent projects. Curiosity, a continuous learning mindset, and a desire to share knowledge with others. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
