Description Technical Lead / Solution Architect – AI-Assisted Software Delivery Company: BizTech Fusion Job Type: Contract (C2C) Experience Required: 18–20+ Years Location: 100% Remote (USA) About the Role BizTech Fusion is seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect – AI-Assisted Software Delivery for one of our valued clients. This is a fully remote opportunity for a senior technology leader with expertise in cloud-native application development, enterprise architecture, AWS, Microservices, and AI-assisted software delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing scalable enterprise solutions, leading Agile development teams, and delivering secure, production-ready applications. This role requires hands-on technical leadership across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) while effectively leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes. Required Qualifications 18–20+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Software Engineer. U.S. Citizen (No Dual Citizenship). Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. Experience supporting government, public sector, or large enterprise environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience leading Agile development teams and enterprise software delivery initiatives. Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with the following technologies: Python Java React.js Spring Boot RESTful APIs Microservices Architecture AWS Cloud Services: EC2 Lambda S3 RDS API Gateway SQS Docker Kubernetes CI/CD Pipelines Infrastructure as Code (IaC) DevSecOps Practices Git and GitHub Agile / Scrum Methodologies AI-Assisted Development Experience (Required) Candidates must have practical experience using approved AI-assisted development tools, including but not limited to: GitHub Copilot Amazon Q ChatGPT Claude Similar enterprise-approved AI development tools Candidates should demonstrate experience utilizing AI tools throughout the SDLC, including: Requirements Analysis Solution Architecture and Design Application Development Unit and Integration Testing Documentation Code Reviews Troubleshooting Production Support Note: AI-assisted development experience must be clearly demonstrated in the candidate’s resume. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and design of enterprise-scale software solutions. Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications. Provide technical leadership and guidance to Agile development teams. Develop secure, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions. Architect and implement Microservices-based applications and distributed systems. Design and develop RESTful APIs and modern application integrations. Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps best practices. Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams. Drive software quality through code reviews, testing standards, and engineering best practices. Support production deployments and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Mentor development teams and promote continuous improvement. Additional Required Experience Strong experience designing cloud-native enterprise applications. Extensive AWS architecture and development experience. Deep understanding of Microservices patterns and distributed systems. Experience with scalable API design and implementation. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies. Experience implementing CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code. Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices. Ability to work independently and manage complex technical challenges.
