Job Type: Full-Time Remote Job: Hybrid working Employment Type: Permanent ID: 91016 Position Cluster: Non-Executive About the Job As the Technical Lead for the Global SDLC Dashboard at Allianz Technology, you will own the end-to-end technical design and delivery of a global engineering performance dashboard that provides actionable insights across the software development lifecycle. You will define the data model, ingestion pipelines, governance, and visualization standards; integrate data from tools such as Git/GitLab/GitHub, Jira, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, SonarQube, and test systems; and deliver secure, scalable dashboards for engineering and executive stakeholders. You will work hands-on with SQL and ETL, partner closely with product and platform teams, and ensure reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. You will also promote the use of AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality. What you do Lead architecture and delivery of the Global SDLC Dashboard: data model, pipelines, storage, access, and visualization. Build robust ETL/ELT flows to extract from REST APIs and databases, transform/aggregate data, and load into the dashboard. Define and track SDLC and DevOps metrics (e.g., DevOps Research and Assessment, deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, change fail rate, code quality). Implement strong SQL-based transformations and performance tuning for large production datasets. Design and maintain monitoring/observability for data freshness, pipeline health, and dashboard performance. Govern data quality, lineage, access control, and compliance across repos, CI/CD, QA, and vulnerability sources. Collaborate with global/local stakeholders to prioritize features, validate insights, and standardize definitions. Champion CI/CD, automation, and testing for data pipelines and dashboards; drive continuous improvement. Utilize AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) in day-to-day engineering to accelerate safe, high-quality delivery. What you bring Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field, or equivalent combination of education. 3-5 years of experience with proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, with a strong track record of leading successful IT projects. Advanced SQL expertise (complex joins, window functions, aggregations) applied to production-scale datasets. Proven ETL experience extracting from REST APIs and databases, transforming/aggregating, and loading to dashboard platforms. Hands-on delivery of production dashboards; Grafana experience strongly preferred (advanced signal). Experience integrating SDLC/DevOps data sources (Git/GitHub/GitLab, Jira, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, SonarQube, test tools) and defining reliable engineering metrics. Active use of AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code) with concrete examples of productivity/quality impact. Experience in integrating AI algorithms and models to enhance application capabilities and decision-making.
