Senior Provisioning Analyst Position Summary: The Senior Provisioning Analyst supports the provisioning of spare parts and the development of Repair Parts & Special Tool List (RPSTL) and Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) manuals. This role ensures compliance with customer specifications by compiling and analyzing data, coordinating with vendors, and reviewing technical documentation. The Senior Provisioning Analyst also supports project tracking, client interactions, and assists in training junior team members. What You’ll Do: • Collect and compile information for part provisioning and spare parts catalogs • Review engineering drawings, bill of materials, change notices, and other technical documents • Interface with commercial vendors to obtain required part information • Analyze illustrations and drawings to verify part identification, location, and function • Screen part numbers for national stock numbers (NSN) • Review work packages and artwork for technical accuracy • Travel to client and/or Government facilities to gather required project data • Ensure documentation meets specifications and contractual requirements • Track and report project status to project/program leads • Coordinate RPSTL and IPB manual production for compliance with specifications • Establish and maintain client and Government relationships to support business development • Assist in training entry-level associates and providing research for quotes and proposals • Support internal and external teams with required provisioning information • Perform additional job-related tasks as needed What You Bring: • 1+ years of experience in parts provisioning, technical documentation, or related fields • Experience compiling parts lists and developing work packages for text and illustrations • Prior military-equivalent experience in maintenance or parts-related fields preferred • Strong understanding of technical document coordination and compliance • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat • Experience with provisioning software such as SLIC, SLICwave, or PowerLog • Ability to analyze and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation • Excellent communication and organizational skills Work Environment: • General office setting with standard office equipment • Occasional work in garages, shops, or outdoor environments • May require overtime, weekend, or holiday work to meet deadlines • Limited travel (less than 10%) via motor vehicle and/or airplane to client locations Benefits: • Flexible scheduling • Unlimited PTO • Hybrid work setting • Health/Dental/Vision Insurance with company allowance • Retirement plan (401K) & we are an ESOP company (Employee Owned) What you may have done in the past: • Developed provisioning data and technical manuals for military or commercial applications • Managed spare parts catalogs and technical documentation for aerospace or defense projects • Coordinated with vendors and engineers to gather and verify technical data • Worked on Department of Defense (DoD) contracts related to logistics and provisioning Equal Opportunity Employer: O’Neil & Associates, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer, providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, disability, Vietnam Era or other eligible veteran status, or any other protected factor.
