Flexi is looking for a Technical Product Manager to help shape and evolve our B2B iGaming platform.

📍 Location: Greece (Remote/Hybrid - Athens office)

🔍 About the Role

As a Technical Product Manager at Flexi, you will guide features from idea through implementation and iteration.

You will work closely with customers, engineering, QA, and design to understand problems, define priorities, and turn requirements into clear product solutions.

This role suits someone with a technical mindset who enjoys solving real customer and product challenges, challenging assumptions, and taking ownership rather than simply managing a backlog.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Keep customer needs, product priorities, and technical implementation aligned
• Own product initiatives from ideation through launch and iteration
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Work closely with engineering and QA throughout implementation
• Collaborate with design teams to deliver clear and effective product experiences
• Challenge requirements and look for solutions that work across the wider platform, not just for one customer

🎓 Qualifications

• A strong interest in product development, problem solving, and customer value
• 2+ years of product-management experience in technology platforms
• Technical understanding and confidence discussing APIs, integrations, data flows, and architecture with engineering teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take ownership and work across multiple teams
• Good judgement when balancing customer needs, product priorities, and technical constraints
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry is considered a plus
