Get ready to Own the development and continuous improvement of our eCommerce products and internal tools Work closely with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality product experiences from discovery to launch Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and well-defined Jira tickets Prioritize stakeholder requests based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility Drive product roadmaps and help shape the team's development priorities Identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows using AI and other modern tools Turn recurring business requests into scalable product features and self-service solutions instead of manual processes Measure product success using data and insights to continuously improve customer and business outcomes We expect you to Have experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working closely with software development teams Be comfortable translating business problems into technical requirements and actionable development work Have experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing competing stakeholder needs Thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy bringing clarity and structure to complex challenges Have a product mindset, always looking for ways to improve user experience, processes, and business outcomes Be excited about AI and eager to incorporate it into product development and day-to-day work Communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike Have experience with Jira or similar project management tools and familiarity with analytics platforms such as Looker, Power BI, or equivalent Salary Gross salary range is 5000 - 6400 EUR/month.
