Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Technical Program Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of technical programs across cross-functional teams. You will work closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and managing technical programs and projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, product and business teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and road-maps.
• Monitor project milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Track program progress and prepare status reports.
• Support Agile ceremonies and project governance activities.
• Manage stakeholder communication and project documentation.
• Identify risks and assist with mitigation strategies.
• Support software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of technical projects and continuous process improvement.
