Overview We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives at Jackpot.com. This role focuses on driving execution across multiple related projects, ensuring alignment between teams, and supporting business objectives through strong program management practices. The Technical Program Manager will work closely with Product, Operations, Customer Support, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear communication across the organization. Responsibilities Manage the planning, coordination, communication, and delivery of program-level initiatives Define program scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metrics Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution Track progress, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple projects Ensure business requirements are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders Facilitate program planning, prioritization, and alignment sessions Communicate program status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership Identify improvement opportunities and help drive operational efficiency Support change management activities related to new processes or initiatives Ensure proper program documentation and closure, including lessons learned Establish and follow program management best practices and reporting standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5-7 years of experience in Program or Project Management Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Analytical and structured problem-solving approach Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment Nice to Have Experience in Operations, Customer Support, Payments, or Compliance environments Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment Familiarity with common project management tools Why Jackpot.com 13th salary awarded at the end of a successful year Flexible working hours (start between 7:30 and 9:30) Access to online learning platforms, courses, and books 20 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 days after 5 years
