Technical Program Manager III itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to drive the successful execution of complex, cross-functional programs supporting service experience transformation and enterprise tooling initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading program strategy, managing dependencies across multiple teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in technical program management, agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of driving large-scale programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations Drive program-level planning, including roadmap development, milestone tracking, and dependency management across multiple workstreams Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and release gates Manage cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, operations, and business teams Track and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment Translate business priorities into actionable technical requirements, delivery plans, and acceptance criteria Own program reporting, including executive-level updates on status, risks, and mitigation strategies Coordinate delivery across enterprise platforms including AI/automation tools, CRM systems, and knowledge management systems Drive change management initiatives, including business-to-team mapping and process transformation Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational continuity across programs Internal Responsibilities Attend regular internal practice community meetings Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material) Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual) Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities Required Qualifications and Skills 4–6 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management in large-scale environments Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and risk management Experience delivering technology or business application solutions across multi-platform systems Experience facilitating agile methodologies and managing multiple concurrent workstreams Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and execution plans Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field Preferred Qualifications and Skills Experience working in large technology organizations or big tech environments Exposure to AI/automation tools, CRM platforms, or enterprise systems PMP or PMI certification Strong executive communication and reporting experience Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience required Advanced degree or PMP certification preferred Company Description About itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
