You will be experienced in managing projects from initiation through to delivery, with the ability to create clear plans, manage documentation and drive progress through to completion. You will be confident working with internal stakeholders and third parties, bringing together technical and non-technical conversations and communicating clearly with all levels of the business. You will have a strong understanding of business change, including how projects impact people, processes and ways of working, and you will be comfortable supporting governance, communication planning and continuous improvement across the PMO function. Along with; · A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners. · A proactive mindset, with the confidence to identify risks, resolve issues where possible and escalate appropriately when needed. · A focus on delivering value for the business and the best possible service for our customers. Responsibilities Manage projects from initiation to BAU through the change governance processes defined by PMO. Create and maintain project documentation in collaboration with business stakeholders. Identify clear and measurable project objectives, using data from the outset to support business outcomes. Own the creation and delivery of project plans, driving projects through to completion and overseeing input from all parties. Manage and contribute to projects within an omnichannel programme, delivering value across the business. Highlight risks to project success and resolve or escalate where appropriate. Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess requirements and establish strong partnerships. Communicate clearly with all levels of the business, connecting technical and non-technical conversations. Identify resource requirements upfront and highlight potential crossover with other projects. Support the PMO department with governance tasks that enable change to be delivered safely and ways of working to continuously evolve. Chair steering boards and regular project review meetings, including retrospectives, to help improve delivery across Footasylum. Skills/Experience Experience managing technical or digital change projects from initiation through to delivery and BAU handover. Strong project planning, documentation and governance experience. Ability to manage risks, dependencies, decisions and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams. Confident working with technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party partners. Understanding of business change, including impact assessment, communications planning, budget management and cutover planning where required. Excellent communication, organisation and collaboration skills, with the ability to keep teams aligned and informed throughout delivery. Why Footasylum? We are one of the UK’s leading omni channel retailers, but as well as that, we’re a genuinely great place to work. We value you and your development. We value open and honest conversations and collaboration, giving you a chance to learn about what we are doing in an informal and friendly environment. We want to know about you and why you feel that this is the opportunity for you. Please note, this is not a remote role and our expectation is that you will be able to attend Head Office/Studio in a hybrid way, in Greater Manchester.
