Albany Beck is partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation to hire an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale software and technology initiatives. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates based anywhere across the Republic of Ireland. The role sits at the intersection of business, product, architecture and engineering teams, ensuring complex technology deliveries remain on track from design through to implementation.

We are looking for someone with a strong software delivery background who can confidently manage stakeholders, coordinate technical teams and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the delivery of technology-focused projects across the full software development lifecycle
• Coordinate closely with engineering, architecture and product teams to ensure successful execution
• Build and manage delivery plans, implementation roadmaps and release schedules
• Identify, track and mitigate programme risks, issues and dependencies
• Drive collaboration across multiple teams to ensure delivery milestones are achieved
• Support release planning, testing phases, pilot deployments and production launches
• Provide clear reporting and delivery updates to senior stakeholders and programme governance forums
• Ensure technical requirements, integrations and dependencies are understood and managed effectively
• Act as the key link between technical delivery teams and wider business stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering complex software or technology projects
• Strong background working within Agile delivery environments
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)
• Experience coordinating engineering, product and architecture teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing project risks, dependencies and delivery schedules
• Comfortable working independently and driving outcomes across multiple teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to API-led solutions, integrations or distributed systems
• Understanding of release management, CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices
• Knowledge of payments, digital transaction platforms or financial technology environments
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe or similar project delivery certifications
