Technical Project Manager, Enterprise Integrations

Iagon is building blockchain-based cloud infrastructure for organisations that need stronger control over their data. Our architecture is designed around data sovereignty, compliance, security, auditability, and governance.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise integrations from initial scoping through development, launch, and ongoing relationship management.

This is a hands-on delivery role. You will work directly with business and technical stakeholders on both sides of an integration, turn requirements into an executable plan, and contribute to the development work required to deliver it. You will be expected to bring structure to complex projects, communicate clearly with enterprise customers, and take ownership of the outcome.

• Lead enterprise integration projects from discovery and scope definition through development, testing, launch, and handover.
• Act as a primary contact for customer teams, including business stakeholders, technical leads, and decision-makers.
• Build professional, trusted relationships with enterprise customers and partners.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, delivery plans, milestones, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate internal product, engineering, and business teams throughout each project.
• Contribute directly to the design, development, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of business integrations.
• Work with APIs, data flows, access controls, and blockchain-based infrastructure as part of integration delivery.
• Identify delivery risks early, communicate them plainly, and coordinate practical resolutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, requirements, implementation plans, and customer-facing updates.
• Support customer onboarding and post-launch coordination where needed.

• Experience managing technical projects, integrations, or customer implementations in a B2B environment.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers or complex organisational stakeholders.
• Practical experience developing or implementing software integrations.
• A strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, data flows, and technical delivery processes.
• Working knowledge of blockchain technology and blockchain-based development.
• An understanding of decentralized or distributed infrastructure, including the role of blockchain in establishing auditable records and system-level coordination.
• The ability to move comfortably between business conversations and technical detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Professional fluency in German is strongly preferred.
• A structured approach to planning, documentation, prioritisation, and follow-through.
• A personable, accountable, and professional approach to customer relationships.

You take ownership when a project becomes difficult, and you understand that the quality of an integration is defined by what works for the customer after launch.
