Technical Project Manager (Fully Remote in India)

The Role True Fit is seeking a Project Manager to join our Technical Solutions & Support team. In this customer-facing role, you'll lead SaaS implementations, guide technical integrations, and help clients maximize the value of the True Fit platform. You'll manage multiple projects from kickoff through launch while serving as a trusted advisor to customers and collaborating across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to deliver an exceptional implementation and support experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer implementations, integrations, and ongoing technical support, guiding apparel and footwear retailers through successful onboarding and long-term platform adoption. Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are completed on schedule while proactively managing scope, risks, priorities, and customer expectations. Respond to customer inquiries and technical support requests via ticketing systems, email, and virtual meetings, consistently meeting established service level agreements (SLAs). Partner with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and external stakeholders to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical and implementation challenges, escalating critical issues when appropriate. Provide consultative guidance by translating technical concepts into clear recommendations, helping customers make informed implementation decisions and adopt best practices. Communicate project progress, timelines, risks, and resolutions to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout each engagement. Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, implementation guides, knowledge base articles, and customer-facing support resources. Stay current on product capabilities, new releases, and platform enhancements while serving as the voice of the customer by sharing actionable feedback with Product and Engineering teams. Identify opportunities to improve implementation methodologies, support processes, documentation, and internal tools to enhance both customer and team efficiency. Desired Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience implementing, onboarding, or supporting SaaS solutions in a customer-facing role such as Technical Project Manager, Implementation Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Support Engineer. Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong project management, customer relationship management, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a consultative, customer-first approach. Experience using project management, issue tracking, and customer support platforms. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, SDKs, SQL, FTP, and ETL concepts is a plus. Experience supporting retail, ecommerce, or SaaS software solutions is preferred. Availability to begin full-time immediately is preferred. Work Hours This position requires availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours (approximately 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET) to support customer implementations, respond to technical support requests, and collaborate with internal teams.
