Technical Project Manager at BairesDev

Lead technical projects from planning through delivery while ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives. This role focuses on managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and applying both technical knowledge and project management expertise to drive successful outcomes.

What You'll Do:

- Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders.

- Manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines while maintaining clear communication.

- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure teams follow best practices for project delivery.

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

- Bridge technical and business perspectives to ensure successful project outcomes.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in technical project management or related roles.

- Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.

- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Advanced level of English.
