Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles across India. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for a recruiter who combines proactive sourcing, strong candidate engagement, and dependable hiring delivery.

What you’ll do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement intake and sourcing through offer closure and onboarding handoff.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define candidate profiles, and maintain effective interview processes.

• Source and engage talent across software engineering, cloud, data, AI, product, cybersecurity, and related technical domains.

• Build qualified pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, communities, job boards, and other sourcing channels.

• Screen candidates for skills, experience, motivation, and role fit.

• Coordinate interviews, maintain timely communication, support offer negotiations, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

• Track recruiting activity and funnel metrics to improve turnaround time, conversion, and hiring outcomes.

• Share relevant talent-market insights and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in India.

• Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple technology functions and levels.

• Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder-management, and offer-closure capabilities.

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and job portals.

• Ability to manage multiple priority roles in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• An organized, proactive approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.
