Technical Recruiter – Contract Staffing (Hong Kong)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in IT Contract Staffing within the Hong Kong market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring technology professionals across various IT domains while managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT contract staffing requirements in Hong Kong.

Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.

Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and functional skills.

Coordinate interviews with clients and provide regular follow-ups to candidates and hiring managers.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.

Negotiate rates, availability, notice periods, and onboarding timelines.

Work closely with account managers, clients, and vendors to ensure timely closures.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records in the ATS.

Meet recruitment KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), and hiring targets.

Required Skills

4–8+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment, with a strong focus on IT Contract Staffing.

Proven experience recruiting for the Hong Kong IT market.

Strong understanding of IT technologies, including Cloud, SAP, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Software Development, ERP, DevOps, and Digital Technologies.

Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with staffing firms, consulting companies, or system integrators is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise clients in Hong Kong.

Strong network of local Hong Kong IT professionals.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
