We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote (EST/CST aligned). Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Pay: $36 - 37/hr (W2)
6-month assignment with potential to extend based on performance and business need
100% remote role; candidates must be able to work EST or CST hours
You will lead the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to develop hiring strategies and candidate profiles
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, networking, referrals, talent pools, and market research
Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates while providing market insights
Manage candidate communications, interviews, offer negotiations, and closing activities
Utilize recruiting technology, talent intelligence, market data, and AI-enabled tools to support sourcing and hiring decisions
Qualifications:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within professional services, insurance, financial services, technology, consulting, or other complex organizations
3+ years of dedicated experience recruiting for technology roles, including software engineering, architecture, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, digital, or related disciplines
Experience managing a high-volume requisition portfolio, typically 30 - 35 concurrent searches
Advanced sourcing experience including direct search, talent mapping, market intelligence, networking, referrals, social platforms, and innovative sourcing technologies
Experience leveraging Ai-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, market research, and recruiting workflows
Experience using Microsoft 365, ATS, RMS, CRM platforms, and recruiting analytics tools; Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
