Technical Recruiter

Amigos is a technical recruitment agency focused primarily on hiring Software/AI/ML Engineers for startups & scale-ups across the US and Europe. We work with some of the most exciting early-stage companies in AI, Infra and dev tooling. The demand from our clients is outpacing our team so we're looking for a freelance recruiter to join us and help run candidate outreach and screening across our active roles. What you'll be doing: You'll be given a portfolio of live roles and the tools to work them. Your main responsibilities are reviewing and launching outreach campaigns to candidates, managing replies, and running initial screening calls to qualify candidates against the brief. We handle the client relationship, you focus on finding and assessing the right people. What we're looking for: Previous experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house) Comfortable running screening calls independently Self-motivated and organised enough to manage your own pipeline Genuine interest in the tech startup space What we provide: A company Amigos email address Access to our sourcing and outreach automation tools Live job briefs with full context on what good looks like Support from the team when you need it The details: Fully remote Work your own hours Commission-based - 30% of the fee (our average deal value is $30K) Please apply if you'd be interested in finding out more.
