We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who wants freedom, upside, and the accountability that comes with both.

We’re 100% remote. We don’t micromanage activity. We care about results, communication, follow-through, and taking care of clients, candidates, and teammates.

What You’ll Do

• Own technical searches from intake through placement
• Recruit across software, data, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, and other technology areas
• Source and qualify candidates beyond keywords
• Understand what the client is actually trying to solve
• Present candidates clearly and credibly
• Manage your desk without needing constant oversight

What We’re Looking For

• Agency technical recruiting experience
• A history of making placements
• Ability to source passive candidates
• Curiosity and enough technical fluency to ask good questions
• Accountability, urgency, and follow-through
• Someone who can work independently while still being part of a team
